Nam Hoang

Senior Consultant — Experience Design

I'm a UX and visual designer who's been creating things in one form or another for most of my life. I started as a teenager sketching logos and sneaker concepts, then got hooked on digital art in high school.

I jumped straight into the workforce doing print design and production, where I learned how to ship real work on tight deadlines and sweat the details of how things actually get made.

Over the past decade, I've worked as a design consultant primarily in the digital space, helping teams connect the dots between business goals, user needs, and clean visual execution. I draw on my background in web development, visual design, and UX to craft custom solutions for each client.

  • Conduct in-depth user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform decisions.

Partnered with Business Analysts and Product Owners to modernize supply-chain tooling that keeps aircraft stocked and on schedule.

  • Led research via interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability tests.
